How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and submit the checkout form. We confirm stock and email an invoice with payment instructions. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are listed on your invoice. Contact us if you need a specific method for institutional purchasing.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Contact us with the compounds and quantities and we'll quote you directly.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it has shipped. Email us with your order reference as soon as possible.
Products & testing
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and we don't give dosing or usage advice.
How pure are your peptides?
We release lots against a purity target of 99% or higher by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry.
How do I get a COA?
Send us the lot code from your vial label. We'll email the certificate for that lot.
What does the cap colour mean?
Each research category has its own cap colour so vials are easy to sort in storage.
Shipping & storage
How fast do you ship?
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off ship the same business day with tracking.
Do peptides need to ship cold?
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times. Store them at −20 °C once they arrive.
How should I store my vials?
Sealed, at −20 °C, away from light. See the storage guide for details.
